Introducing our Teenie Room Team Members
Our team members work hard to develop strong relationships not only with our children, but also with our parents. To support this we wanted to provide some background information to our Teenie Room Team members. So here we introduce you to Chloe from our Gatley Teenie Room and Rachel and Safa from our Whalley Range Teenie Room.
Chloe has over ten years’ experience and has a Level 3 qualification in Childcare. She has also undertaken Under Twos training; Designated Safeguarding Lead training; Paediatric First Aid training; and WellComm training, which enables her to provide extra support to children in terms of their speech and language development.
Chloe always wanted to work with children to provide them with the best care and education, helping them reach their full potential. Chloe told us that the most enjoyable aspect of her job was seeing that she was having a positive impact on a child’s start in life, helping them to learn and develop in all areas.
Rachel has a Level 2 Childcare qualification and has four years’ experience. She has always loved children and teaching them new things. She told us that the most satisfying part of her job was seeing the children learn new things and identifying how they can overcome any challenges they face.
Safa has two years’ experience and is currently working towards her Level 2 Childcare qualification. Safa has chosen childcare as her profession as she loves working with children, supporting them in their development as they grow and learn new things. Safa told us that the most enjoyable part of her job was teaching the children new things and seeing them use those new skills again and again.
